Z Creations uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect your information as it is transmitted over the Internet (such as credit card numbers, name, email and mailing address, etc.), from unauthorized collection or use by outside parties. During encrypted sessions on our site you will notice a padlock in the status bar of your browser (depends on your browser and OS) as well as the address displaying HTTPS instead of HTTP. When placing an order, I will ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. Please note that your credit card and billing information will be shared with my card processing service only for authorization and your address will be shared only for shipping purposes. However, I will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information
All credit card orders are received through a secure shopping cart and processed through a secure server. When an account in created in the Shopping Cart, your credit card number will never be stored. Your contact information is only stored to expedite future orders. Credit card information received when an order is processed may be verified with the bank to ensure the order is valid. On occasion, customers may be contacted to confirm an order placed online. Your credit card information will not be used on any future orders without express written permission from the card holder to use the credit card on file. Credit card information is not to be provided by email.

Reproductions: Due to the natural variances in gemstones and pearls, reproductions of gemstone and pearl jewelry may vary slightly from the picture.
Shipping & Handling:
All items are shipped via priority mail at a flat rate of $6.00, and include delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional; however, for your protection, insurance is strongly recommended.
In stock items are usually shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Items that can be recreated are usually shipped within 7 to 10 working days.
Important: Please verify that you are providing the correct mailing address as refunds cannot be provided for items lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address.
Lost Packages: On the rare occasion that a package is lost in transit by the United States Postal Service (USPS), I will wait up to 30 days from the inquiry to determine if the package is actually lost. The purchaser's funds will not be held any longer than possible. However, I do need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if or when the package was delivered. If the USPS delivery confirmation indicates that the package was delivered, no refund will be forthcoming. If delivery confirmation cannot be obtained, the entire purchase price will be refunded.
International Shipping: There may be additional costs incurred for shipments to international locations. Please contact us ahead of time before making purchases for delivery overseas.
Warranty/Exchange/Refund Policy:
My ultimate goal is your satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of your receipt for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return the item in its original, unused condition in the original jewelry box or bag, with the original invoice and a notation as to why you’re returning the piece.
For your protection, please make sure that the jewelry is sufficiently packaged to prevent damage. It is also recommended that the package be insured with delivery confirmation; if any item is lost, or is returned damaged, no exchange or refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
For health reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you accidentally damage or break your jewelry within thirty days of your receipt of purchase, I will repair it for you at no charge, provided that all beads and components are returned. If beads are missing, or there is major damage (i.e., several beads broken), there will be a fee for the repair. Please contact me prior to returning any item for repair. Customer is responsible for postage in both directions.
